CAUTION AGAINST NON-COMPLIANCE

Section 32 of the Atomic Energy Act No.24 of 2008, prohibits any practice related to atomic energy unless permitted by authorization from Atomic Energy Council. A person that contravenes this section is liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding three hundred currency points or to imprisonment not exceeding six years, or both.
